Third-Party Services

• •Slack. Contact-form submissions are relayed to a private Slack workspace so we can respond promptly. Privacy policy.
• •Calendly. If you book a strategy call, scheduling is handled by Calendly under their terms. Privacy policy.
• •Vercel. Hosting and edge logging. Privacy policy.
• •Unsplash. Some imagery is sourced from Unsplash under their license; visiting the site may result in image requests to their CDN. Privacy policy.

Some of these services are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred to a country outside your own, the provider’s standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards apply.

Lawful Basis (UK / EU Visitors)

We rely on your consent for analytics (gated by the cookie banner shown on first visit), and for the personal information you choose to send via the contact form or chat. We rely on legitimate interestsfor security logging (rate-limit IP capture, error logs). You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, and request deletion of submitted data by emailing us.

Data Retention

Contact-form submissions are retained in Slack for as long as the workspace history is kept. Chat messages and analytics events are retained according to the third party’s defaults. We delete personal data on request unless we are legally required to keep it.

Cookies
