Nyman Media (“we”, “us”, or “I”) operates this marketing website at nyman.media. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how it is used, and which third-party services help operate the site.

Third-Party Services

This site uses the following third-party services. When data is shared with them, it is governed by their respective privacy policies.

• •PostHog (EU host). Product analytics. Person profiles are disabled, session recording is off, autocapture is off, and element attributes are masked. By default we run in cookieless mode — no cookies or localStorage are set, and each pageload is a fresh anonymous identifier — so we can measure aggregate usage without tracking individuals across sessions. If you accept the cookie banner, PostHog switches to localStorage + a first-party cookie so your activity can be stitched into a single session. Privacy policy.
• •OpenAI. Messages you send to the AI Growth Advisor are forwarded to OpenAI’s API to generate replies. Do not share confidential information in the chat. Privacy policy.
• •Slack. Contact-form submissions are relayed to a private Slack workspace so we can respond promptly. Privacy policy.
• •Calendly. If you book a strategy call, scheduling is handled by Calendly under their terms. Privacy policy.
• •Vercel. Hosting and edge logging. Privacy policy.

Some of these services are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred to a country outside your own, the provider’s standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards apply.

Lawful Basis (UK / EU Visitors)

We rely on legitimate interests for cookieless aggregate analytics (no persistent identifiers, Do-Not-Track is honoured, opt out at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer) and for security logging (rate-limit IP capture, error logs). We rely on your consentfor identified analytics that uses cookies / localStorage (gated by the cookie banner shown on first visit) and for the personal information you choose to send via the contact form or chat. You can withdraw consent or opt out of analytics entirely at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, and request deletion of submitted data by emailing us.

Data Retention

Contact-form submissions are retained in Slack for as long as the workspace history is kept. Chat messages and analytics events are retained according to the third party’s defaults. We delete personal data on request unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your Rights

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party and third-party cookies (and equivalent localStorage entries) for analytics and to remember basic preferences. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings; the site continues to function without them.
