Search autocomplete rejigged by Google for political queries, as tech giants turn into the election meddlers they declare to struggle

Google is tightening its autocomplete function on searches, vowing to take away predictions that assist or oppose any political social gathering, and any voting data – even when true. If anybody else did this, it could be known as election meddling.
