FTC is reportedly investigating Juul's advertising practices

The Federal Business Fee is investigating whether or not e-cigarette maker Juul used misleading advertising and focused minors, in line with a file from the Wall Boulevard Magazine.
The Federal Trade Commission is investigating whether e-cigarette maker Juul used deceptive marketing and targeted minors, according to a report from the Wall Street Journal.
